Resolution Support Conference
What is the resolution support conference?
The Resolution Support Conference is a new service offered by Separation Solutions. It is a structured session for up to 3-hours where separating couples and their lawyers work collaboratively with an experienced mediator to finalise the written terms of their property and/or parenting agreement.
It is designed for parties who have reached agreement in principle, but need support translating that agreement into clear, workable, legally sound documents — without the stress, conflict, or delays that can arise in the final drafting stages.
Your Separation Solutions mediator provides guidance, clarity and a calm, solution focused environment so that parties can complete this final step with confidence. Given our mediators are Accredited Specialists in Family Law, it also provides expertise from a legal perspective.

Who is this service for?
The resolution support conference is ideal for those who:
- Have already resolved most or all major issues
- Need support completing final settlement documents
- Want to reduce unnecessary back‑and‑forth between lawyers and voluminous written correspondence
- Seek a structured, neutral environment to clarify remaining points
- Are preparing Consent Orders, a Binding Financial Agreement, a Parenting Plan, or a Binding Child Support Agreement
- Have lawyers involved — or would like them included
- Want a process that is collaborative, respectful and future‑focused
