Cynthia had a wonderful, gentle approach to the issue between the parties. She allowed both parties to hold their opinions and positions while giving feedback as to the ability to hold those positions if the matter proceeds to Court. This was helpful in circumstances where the parties both had different opinions about what was fair and reasonable.

My first mediation with Cynthia – she was great, very engaged and focused on an outcome for the parties.

Cynthia provides comfort and empathy throughout the mediation process, yet professionally and appropriately reality tests any proposals made or to be considered. A point of difference for Separation Solutions is that you encourage and ensure that the settlement documents are done on the day, wrapping up the case for the clients then and there. When a deal is reached it is important that we secure it and make the effort to finalise the case for the parties. Love that.
