Depending on the event/service, we can meet parties either via Video Conferencing or face-to-face.

All of our events can be conducted via video conference providing a very convenient and cost-effective format. Parties can either join from the comfort and privacy of their own home, or what many prefer to do is join their Solicitor at their offices, if there is a Solicitor involved.

Separation Solutions choose to do their Video Conferencing via Zoom which has robust security settings helping to ensure disruption-free virtual meetings, with encryption, role-based security, passcode protection, waiting rooms and breakout rooms.

Where the event is to be held face-to-face and an appropriate space is not available to you, we have compiled the below list of options for your convenience which include:

• 1 x large room and 2 x break-out rooms
• Wi-Fi (additional charge may apply at some venues)
• Refreshments: tea/coffee, water
• Audio visual and whiteboard facilities
