Lorna was exceptional throughout the day and prior to. She made my client feel at ease during the pre-mediation conference and in particular throughout the mediation.
I would highly recommend other colleagues to use Lorna as their mediator and I will definitely be proposing her for future mediations from now on.
She was well-spoken, evaluative where required, and assisting the parties immensely in reaching an agreement.
I thoroughly recommend the services of Separation Solutions. The mediators (Belinda, Joanne, Cynthia and Lorna) are all very experienced and professional. The entire process is well-run by Separation Solutions and puts the client at ease during a time when tensions can be heightened. At each step, the mediators display their expertise and offer practicable resolutions assisting the parties to reach an agreement and avoid ongoing family law litigation.
