Lorna was exceptional throughout the day and prior to. She made my client feel at ease during the pre-mediation conference and in particular throughout the mediation.

I would highly recommend other colleagues to use Lorna as their mediator and I will definitely be proposing her for future mediations from now on.

She was well-spoken, evaluative where required, and assisting the parties immensely in reaching an agreement.

Roberto Leonardi, Unified Lawyers

I thoroughly recommend the services of Separation Solutions. The mediators (Belinda, Joanne, Cynthia and Lorna) are all very experienced and professional. The entire process is well-run by Separation Solutions and puts the client at ease during a time when tensions can be heightened. At each step, the mediators display their expertise and offer practicable resolutions assisting the parties to reach an agreement and avoid ongoing family law litigation.

Natasha Scarf, Scarf Family Law

Lorna was amazing. In a sensitive parenting matter, she displayed exceptional dedication and worked tirelessly to ensure a fair and balanced outcome for all parties involved. Her expertise, patience, and genuine care for the well-being of the parties were evident throughout the process. Lorna went above and beyond to review documents and also addressed any concerns with thoughtfulness and precision. She was deeply invested in achieving positive outcomes and I couldn’t recommend Lorna enough! Thank you again, Lorna for your assistance in reaching a positive outcome.

Anushka Pokharel, Unified Lawyers

Ms Sprotson was knowledgeable and pragmatic, unfortunately the matter did not settle, however it was not due to the mediator’s hard work in attempting to encourage the parties to a resolution.

Martina Bishop, Smythe Wozniak

Lorna was fantastic. It was a difficult matter and she handled an emotional client extremely well.

The admin team went above and beyond to ensure our mediation could proceed even when there was non-responsiveness from the parties.

The booking team was extremely responsive in organising a mediation and premediation conferences at short notice. Lorna Sprotson was calm, rational and highly skilled in reaching agreement between myself and my partner in time for Christmas. She saved us from a spiraling dispute which could have been very costly both financially and emotionally. I am in awe about how she managed our time so effectively to address all our concerns in a timely manner, whilst also being respectful of each party’s need to be heard. I cannot rate her more highly

Anonymous, Self-represented litigant

Our mediation was tricky, and ultimately didn’t settle. However Lorna was wonderful.  She worked very hard to try and obtain a settlement and remained calm and supportive throughout.  Our client felt heard and respected despite the ultimate result.

Anonymous, NSW Legal Practitioner

Lorna did a great job with the mediation. She was empathetic yet firm.

Lorna is great and I love working with her. She was fantastic with the client and we got an outcome that I didn’t think was possible in the morning!
